Welcome

This web site is my personal "home on the web". I created it for a number of reasons:

– to provide information on the use of computers in family history research
– to make my career information available to prospective clients
– to provide access to my family history research to the widest possible audience

I also run portions of my business via this web site using a variety of open source and custom-developed applications. The applications handle defect tracking, project management, time logging and GST filing (for security reasons, the latter application only serves as a demonstration of my work). The business operations section of my site is not available to the public.

This web site was revised to use new content management software on Tuesday, January 26, 2010.

Once the site is well underway, I'll use this space to notify you of content additions and revisions.
